Ordering
Where do you deliver?
Manguzi and Mbazwana for now. More towns are on the way. If your town is not listed, tell us and we will let you know when we launch there.
What can I order?
Food, groceries, pharmacy items, alcohol, school bundles and more from partner stores near you. We also collect and send parcels.
Can I order without the app?
Yes. Send your list as a WhatsApp message, voice note or photo of a handwritten list. An agent builds your cart and sends it back for you to confirm.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 20 to 40 minutes, depending on the store and distance. You can follow your rider live once the order is on the way.
Addresses
My home has no street name. Can you still find me?
Yes. Pick the nearest landmark, drop a pin on the map, describe your house, or share your WhatsApp location pin. You can also choose a pick-up point such as a school gate or clinic.
Alcohol and medicine
Why do you check my ID?
The law only allows alcohol and some medicine to be sold to people 18 and older. You verify once in the app, and the rider checks that you match your ID at the door.
How do prescription orders work?
Upload a clear photo of your prescription at checkout. The pharmacist checks it before your order is packed.
What is urgent pharmacy delivery?
For medicine needed within the hour. The store packs it first and a rider goes straight there, for a small priority fee. If we are late, the fee is refunded.
Payments and refunds
How can I pay?
Card, your uOrder wallet, gift cards or cash on delivery where your town allows it.
Something was missing or wrong. What now?
Report it from your order within 24 hours and add a photo. Our team replies within a day.
Parcels
How does parcel collection work?
Tell us where your parcel is and give the tracking number. A rider collects it and brings it home. You get a handover code to keep it safe.
Working with us
How do I become a rider or list my store?
